Nineteen year old Dexter joined Quadron as a temporary employee in 2009 and quickly took up the opportunity of an apprenticeship scheme having developed an early interest in horticulture inspired by his grandfather, a landscape gardener.
Dexter is attending Filton college with the aspiration of becoming a team leader for Quadron on completion of his apprenticeship. He loves working outdoors and enjoys the team he is working with. Outside Quadron his interests include all motor sports, in particular moto cross, and jet skiing.
