Case study of a Quadron Apprentice

Wayne Kirkham - Quadron Apprentice working for the London Borough of Southwark

Just one of the many success stories of Quadrons apprenticeship programmes is Wayne Kirkham: a modest 19 year old from Waterloo. Wayne won the Capel Manor Apprentice of the Year award in 2007.

Wayne commented that Its very different working on a big scale in Southwark Park but its great and so was winning the Apprentice of the Year award.

I would definitely recommend taking an apprenticeship - its enjoyable, you get paid while youre training and put into action what youre learning. In future I want to go into landscaping and long term have my own business once Ive got the right experience.

Wayne has recently left Quadron as he moved out of London. We hope that his apprenticeship will form the basis of a long and fruitful career in the business and wish him every success with it.
