Quadron has a senior management structure composed of personnel with many years experience of managing grounds maintenance and similar contracts.

The team is focused upon supporting its operations and delivering best value to its customers in the form of a continually improving cost effective service. It has recently been strengthened to consolidate last year's growth, with some new "people-focussed" positions to concentrate on the development of both employees and links with the community and third sector organisations.

  • Clive Ivil - Managing Director

    A highly qualified horticulturalist and BALI board member with over 30 years' experience in managing local authority grounds maintenance contracts, Clive has overall responsibility for delivering Quadron's commitment to its clients. With exceptional communication skills, he maintains close and regular contact with every client and is deeply committed to working in partnership with all stakeholders to deliver the best possible service.

  • Jo Moore - Finance Director

    A finance professional with Quadron for many years, Jo has an in-depth knowledge of operational and Client requirements. She has overall responsibility for the Company's financial systems and procedures, ensuring these meet the needs of the business and for overseeing the production of monthly management accounts and financial reporting.

  • Jo Daughtry - Business Development Director

    With Quadron since 1993, Jo's main role is business development and the preparation of tender submissions. A Chartered Management Accountant, with a CIPFA Diploma in Open Book Accounting and Partnering, she is also responsible for the preparation of open book reports for presentation to clients, as well as the annual budget process and analysis of contract performance.

  • Martyn Bradley - Operations Director

    Well qualified in horticultural skills and management, Martyn has over 30 years experience within the local authority grounds maintenance industry in operational and contract management together with finance and business planning. As Operations Director his remit is to give strategic and day to day direction to all contracts ensuring a quality service delivery and excellent client relationships.

  • Andy Meaden - Senior IT Manager

    Andy is a highly customer focussed IT manager with many years of experience of IT systems and an HND in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. Andy joined Quadron in 2002 and has worked closely with many of our clients to develop links and streamline systems to reduce the environmental and financial cost of the paper chain.

  • John Black - Compliance Manager

    An experienced grounds maintenance manager specialising in systems, John is responsible for the development and integration of Quadron's contract management, IT and compliance systems. He works closely with client counterparts to maximise interface and compatability between systems. John is also heavily involved with the tender process, building up the resource profile from standard minute values for each task.

  • Andrew Kauffman - Horticultural Development Manager

    With many years experience of the amenity landscape and horticulture sector and a BSc in Landscape Management, Andy fully understands the budgetary and political pressures faced by clients and their need to satisfy a diverse range of community stakeholders. He has assisted in gaining external funding for diverse community projects, including small pump priming, donations in kind, large projects funded by the London Marathon Trust and DCSF Playbuilder schemes worth in excess of 1.2m. Heading up Quadron's consultancy team, Andrew also assists clients with developing management plans and green spaces' strategies and a primary focus of the role is to develop links with third sector organisations.

  • Elaine Callaghan - Training & Project Manager

    An experienced training manager, Elaine centrally coordinates the effective delivery of all the company's staff training and collation of training records to ensure compliance and a well-trained competent and motivated workforce. She liaises with external training bodies as well as with the Company's Health & Safety and HR Managers. She leads the team of in-house qualified trainers and coordinates the apprenticeship programme. Current projects include the development of interactive intranet training modules for our in-house courses with the ultimate goal of gaining accreditation for the company's training programme to a recognised industry standard.

  • Steve Plumley - Health & Safety Manager

    With many years experience of multiple site health & safety management, Steve is highly qualified with a NEBOSH Diploma and Specialist Diploma in Environmental Management. Recently joining the Quadron team, Steve's role is to ensure tight and demonstrable operational compliance with all relevant legislation and to provide internal training courses in safe working practices.

  • Russ Kirk - Operations Manager (Commercial)

    Russ has more than 20 years experience in the field and displays exceptional customer service and communication skills, both imperative to the role, ensuring close liaison between contract management teams and their client counterparts. Russ is particularly adept in community engagement and liaising with residents' representatives and other user groups.

  • Chris Davies - Fleet & Logistics Manager

    Chris has over 30 years experience in local authority grounds maintenance contract management. He has specific responsibility for mobilising new contracts as well as for any operational issues to do with fleet, plant and equipment, depots and procurement generally.

  • Jo Pryor - Assistant Compliance Manager

    NEBOSH and Lead Auditor qualified, Jo's role is to assist John Black and provide an effective quality management and compliance audit service. Specifically, Jo is responsible for the roll out throughout the company of ISO 9001 and the gaining of ISO 14001 accreditation.
