Quadron's consistently high performance and the compliments received from various "Friends" groups have resulted in The London Borough of Southwark confirming its decision to award Quadron a five year extension to its Integrated Parks and Grounds Maintenance contract.
Quadron has worked with the Council to agree an investment plan for the next five years. Quadron is investing over £350k in new vehicles and plant including the renewal of the popular electric fleet, as well as taking on additional full time permanent employees to provide a consistent pool of extra resource for covering leave.
Quadron will also continue the current apprenticeship programme which sees two apprentices taken on each year, and its comprehensive staff training programme including Train to Gain schemes leading to NVQ qualifications for all staff..
