Quadron's annual seminar was held on 14 April at Farnham Castle in Surrey. CEO Mike Martin opened the event by congratulating all those working on the Contracts, "you people on the ground make the difference - thank you". He emphasized that Quadron is a leading player in the market place because we focus on the client and deliver value for money in a tough economic climate.
Managing Director, Clive Ivil, followed on by summarising the many achievements of the previous year - "a very successful period in terms of investment, business consolidation and growth in reputation".
Clive then set out his vision and objectives for the year ahead, to be achieved by focussing on "OUR PEOPLE and their development, working together as a team and maximising the personal contribution of every member of the team, and most importantly by never losing focus on THE CUSTOMER".
Newly appointed Operations Director, Martyn Bradley, talked about Scaling to New Heights. "A can-do attitude at all levels, ownership and accountability, teamwork and staff buy-in will ensure constant improvement" stated Martyn, adding "It is essential to know what your customer wants and what they think of Quadrons performance".
Aly Dickinson, Senior HR Manager, continued with the focus on Our People, stressing the importance of employee engagement to build on all the positivity, energy and commitment throughout the company. "Great contribution should be recognised and rewarded", said Aly, "Quadron succeeds because of Our People". Aly put forward some exciting proposals for the year, concentrating on personal wellbeing, growth and development, and improving two-way communications.
Making Quadron Feel Proud
Elaine Callaghan, Training & Project Manager, summarised the many varieties of training that were currently being undertaken by or planned for the company's employees and concluded the seminar with a presentation to the newly qualified in-house trainers - at least one for every contract - who have made Quadron feel very proud.
