Quadron's bedding plant supplier, with whom the company has a long standing relationship, uses the latest Dutch technology including biodegradable pots and potless plants in order to improve its environmental credentials.
The trays are rigid with individual cells for the plants to grow in. The plants are easily removed from the trays, which can then be returned to the supplier for re-use thus eliminating wastage and the need for collection and return of thousands of individual pots.
The plant benefits from minimised root disturbance; the employees from a more productive use of time.
